Learning something new makes our souls feel alive. It sparks joy in us. Never stop learning! There is so much out there. You never know what might set your heart on 🔥 until you try it!
Since my husband died five years ago, I have gone back to 🏫 for Christian life coaching, nutrition science, self-care and coffee entrepreneurship. I am actually a certified ☕ barista, lol. I have also taken classes to become a licensed fitness instructor and a course for writing. I have taken Bible classes, dance classes, piano lessons and more.
When I was a full-time Special Agent and mom of two infants, I would have said “I don’t have time for that.” If you feel like you don’t have time to learn something new, I would say this to you and my former self: Make time!
What do you want to learn? A new language, to play a musical instrument, to dance, to fly? The sky is the limit! You are NEVER too busy, too old, too young, or too broke to learn something!
Life is so short. Carve out a bit of time in your schedule to allow you to be a lifelong learner. It is a form of self-care and it will enrich your life in ways you cannot imagine. 💘 🌞
Forever a student,
Nikola Rosa
